From the filmmakers of "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit," comes a thrilling new vision of a deadly future.

Hundreds of years after civilization was destroyed by a cataclysmic event, Earth’s cities now roam the globe on huge wheels, devouring each other in a struggle for ever-diminishing resources. In London, the mysterious young Hester Shaw (Hera Hilmar), discovers a strange destiny: she is the only one who can stop the city from destroying everything in its path.

Feral, and fiercely driven by the memory of her mother, Hester joins forces with Tom Natsworthy (Robert Sheehan), an outcast from London, along with Anna Fang (Jihae), a dangerous outlaw with a bounty on her head. But will their struggle be enough?
