THEATER RENTAL

There’s no place like … Tropic Cinema.

Private theater rentals are available every day—bring your group of family, friends or co-workers and enjoy a day or night at the movies! Prices range from $250 – $450 depending on the size of your party. To book your private screening venue or get information on pricing, please contact info@tropiccinema.com. See you at the movies!

How it works:

1. Select your film:

    · Bring your own Blu-Ray or DVD

    · Select a Blu-Ray or DVD from our library

    · Watch any of the new release films currently on screen at the Tropic.

    · Watch a streaming film

Note that prices vary based on selection. Additional fees may be required for licensing and/or to resolve any formatting or technical issues. If you plan to screen your own film in a digital format, there are considered specialty rentals and will require additional fees; we are happy to walk you through the process.

2. Reserve your date:

     · Reservations can be made no later than 8 days in advance by contacting info@tropiccinema.com.

     · A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

3. Invite your friends or family, and enjoy your favorite concessions for our menu.

     · No outside food and drink are allowed.

Tropic Cinema’s Health and Safety Procedures:

     · All staff are vaccinated and engage in daily assessments and PPE.

     · Enhanced cleaning certified by CinemaSafe.

     · Plenty of hand sanitizer

     · Enhanced HVAC filtration including MERV13 to reduce airborne & surface microbes, bacteria, and viruses

     · Remain at 50% capacity

How you can help:

     · Stay home if you might be sick.

     · Wear a mask

     · Practice healthy habits, including proper handwashing prior to come to the theater and during your screening

     · Follow all CDC and State guidelines as well as theater policies and procedures

     · Practice social distancing in any common areas and when interacting with staff or seated in the theater.
