The History of Sex – as presented by Psychologist, Sexologist and Sex Therapist Dr. Pamela Stephenson Connolly – is an illuminating journey through centuries of human eroticism.

Key West is not the only society that openly and ritually celebrates sexual fun and fantasy – as exuberantly expressed in parades and parties during its annual Fantasy Fest. Different civilizations at different times in history have developed unique sexual rituals, beliefs, and more than in turn have influenced the personal eroticism of its citizens.

Dr. Connolly will reveal fascinating facts about our ancestors’ sexual styles, behaviors, and beliefs. For adults over 21 only, this thoroughly exciting lecture promotes a fun, utterly frank and positive view of sex – and sheds light on some of the seemingly quirkiest aspects of human sexuality. But there is also an important message: In gaining insights and an educated perspective into the roles of religion, families, beliefs, and mythologies regarding the way sexuality has been viewed and experienced through the ages, one can better understand one’s own sexual mysteries.
